We finance builders and buy tiny homes, mobile homes, park model home and ADU’s to rent out in a communal layout. We lease out the Units on long term leases to AirbnB managers, retreat owners, mobile home parks, vacation rental managers, and land owners.
The Unit managers oversee the day-to-day marketing, revenue generating activities, maintenance, repairs.
These are the available options which are depending on the location, price point and duration of the average visit.

Example Leasing Contract
- Fixed Monthly cost of $1,500 to $2,000
- Furnished with a bed(s), appliances, chairs, air conditioning unit
- Other items to be outlined in the lease agreement
- First and last month’s lease payment
- Lease agreement 5 years with 3% annual increase
- Could include some cost to buildout for an exterior patio or porch
Marketing and Managing your Tiny House:
- Manager provides and pays for utilities
- Name your house (s)
- Manage your own marketing and social media
- Optimize the exterior and surrounding area to be aesthetically pleasing
